Field Trips, Extracurricular Activities, and Other Supplemental Programs and Activities

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule is to protect the fundamental rights of parents to ensure they are fully informed of details of field trips, extracurricular activities, and other supplemental programs and activities. This rule will ensure full transparency to enhance the safety of students and protect parental rights.

SUMMARY:

Requiring school districts to create policies related to field trips, extracurricular, and other supplemental programs and activities while maintaining the rights of parents and students.
