68A-6.001

Captive Wildlife Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendment is to add definitions for “basic first aid” and “serious bodily injury.” The effect will be further consistency with other rule amendments.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment will add definitions for “basic first aid” and “serious bodily injury” to the definitions used in this rule chapter.
