RULE:

69B-156.106	Certification Form Required (Repealed)
69B-156.110	Testimonials or Endorsements by Third Parties (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal Rules 69B-156.106 and .110, F.A.C. These rules are no longer necessary to accomplish the expressed objectives of the provisions of law they implement and are duplicative of Rules 69O-156.106 and .110, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Rule 69B-156.106, F.A.C., establishes a specific certification requirement for insurance agents taking applications for Medicare Supplemental Insurance. Rule 69B-156.110, F.A.C., provides requirements and restrictions on the use of testimonials and endorsements on behalf of insurers in advertisements.
