Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

To amend disciplinary guidelines for a school psychologist to provide penalty for failing to comply with parental consent requirements and to adopt by rule incorporation a definition of sexual misconduct.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking updates disciplinary guidelines as required by recently enacted legislation and adopts by rule incorporation a definition of sexual misconduct.
