Written Notice for Qualification

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to amend existing rules and forms to conform with and implement Chapter No. 2022-178, Laws of Florida, which was signed into law on June 8, 2022. The legislation updated the name of the Financial Action Task Force’s list of High-Risk Jurisdictions subject to a Call for Action or list of Jurisdictions under Increased Monitoring, and forms will be updated to match.
