Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District 4 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, September 22, 2022; Online and In-Person Public Meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is hosting a Public Meeting for the New Roadway Construction Project along County Road (CR) 619/82 Avenue from 26 Street to CR 510/Wabasso Road in Indian River County, Florida. The project identification numbers are 230879-2-52-01 (North Project) & 230879-3-52-01 (South Project). The project involves a new two-lane road with one bridge over a sub lateral canal in order to connect 26 Street to CR 510/Wabasso Road and the addition of inlets, swales, and ponds adjacent to new roadway for drainage. The North Project is to include \ bicycle lanes along the roadway shoulders and a 5-foot sidewalk along the east side of the roadway. The South project is to include a 10-foot shared use path along the east side of the roadway. A formal presentation will be followed by an open discussion. Staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance. Comments and questions will be responded to in the order received. If your question is not responded to during the event, a response will be provided in writing following the meeting.
