65C-16.021

Adoption Benefits for Qualifying Employees of State Agencies and Other Eligible Applicants

PURPOSE:

Align with new statutory provisions in section 409.1664 regarding adoption benefits for state employees and other eligible applicants.

SUMMARY:

Updates the form to include the appropriate selection for the amount of benefit for law enforcement officers who adopt a child within the child welfare system.
