61C-4.010

Sanitation and Safety Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend Rule 61C-4.010, F.A.C., to incorporate terms and requirements related to the allowance of outdoor equipment at a public food service establishment.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61C-4.010, F.A.C. to: establish sanitation and safety measures, terms and other requirements related to the allowance of outdoor cooking equipment and outdoor kitchen equipment operated in conjunction with a licensed public food service establishment; and clarifies when plan review is required for outdoor equipment.
