Early Intervention Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.085, Florida Administrative Code, (F.A.C.), is to update the Early Intervention Services coverage policy.

SUMMARY:

The rule incorporates the 2022 Florida Medicaid Early Intervention Services coverage policy by reference.
