Overview



	The South Bay Community Development District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 9, 2022, 1:00 p.m.

PLACE:	536 Bahia Beach Boulevard, Building B, First Floor, Ruskin, FL 33570

Subject:	In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the hearing will consider amendment of a rule relating to overnight parking and parking enforcement within the District. The amendment will adopt initial parking fees. The purpose of the proposed rule is to adopt parking fees within District parking areas.
