68A-17.004

General Regulations Relating to Wildlife and Environmental Areas

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to revise hunting regulations regarding shooting hours and methods of take on Wildlife and Environmental Areas (WEAs).

SUBJECT:

Subject area covered in this rule development effort pertains to restrictions on species allowed to be hunted with dogs and shooting hours during Phase I of mourning and white-winged dove season.
