Overview



	The Department of Transportation District 2 announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 28, 2022, 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

PLACE:	Church of Our Savior, 2092 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32250; online at www.nflroads.com/VPH; by phone at (914) 614-3221, access code 191-127-383.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation invites you to an access management public meeting to discuss proposed improvements as part of the Beach Boulevard (State Road 212) from west of 12th Street to State Road A1A resurfacing project (FIN 445420-1) and safety project (FIN 447359-1), currently scheduled to start in early 2024. In addition to milling and resurfacing, improvements include bike lanes, ADA sidewalk upgrades, driveway modifications along Beach Boulevard, signal and lighting upgrades and the construction of traffic separators. The meeting will begin with an open house from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a public comment period at 6 p.m. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status. Project documents and virtual participation instructions are available at www.nflroads.com/VPH. Participants who are unable to attend the webinar virtually or in-person may listen to the hearing by calling (914) 614-3221 and entering access code 191-127-383. All participants, regardless of the platform they choose, will be able to view project documents, ask questions and make comments for the public record.
