Requirements and Management Standards for Handlers and Transporters of Spent Universal Waste Lamps and Devices

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed rule is to amend a rule identified in the Department's 2022-2023 Regulatory Plan to update Form 62-730.900(1)(b) 8700-12FL – Florida Notification of Regulated Waste Activity.

SUBJECT:

The Department is updating Form 62-730.900(1)(b) 8700-12FL – Florida Notification of Regulated Waste Activity to incorporate conforming changes made in 40 CFR Part 266 Subpart P, Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals requirements effective August 21, 2019.
