Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Seven announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 6th, 2022 at 5 p.m.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven, invites you to attend and participate in a Virtual Public Meeting (VPM) covering the proposal of additional pedestrian features on Nebraska Avenue. The Public Meeting will be held on December 6th, 2022 at 5 p.m. The proposed project will add various pedestrian features along Nebraska Avenue between Kennedy Blvd and E. Arctic St. in Tampa. These features include mid-block crossings, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, pedestrian signals, pedestrian refuge islands, pedestrian lighting and pedestrian hybrid beacon signals. To allow for maximum participation, the public meeting will be held in three formats including virtually over the internet, at an in-person drive-thru location and by phone. Project staff will be available to answer questions and receive comments at the in-person drive-thru location and online. The information presented will be identical at all options. In-person drive-thru location: The drive-thru will open at 5 p.m. and remain open until 6:30 pm.
