Endorsement of Specialty Registration

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes an amendment that updates the rule to require submission of a certificate of completion of a training program as part of the application.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment will require evidence of a certificate of completion of a training program during the registration process.
