Exemptions from Continuing Education Requirements

PURPOSE:

The Board proposed the rule amendment to amend the rule and clarify that all new licensees are exempt from renewal requirements in the first biennium after Florida licensure.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment clarifies and updates the rule language for Exemptions from Continuing Education Requirements.
