	The Board of Pilot Commissioners/Pilotage Rate Review Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Fact-finding proceeding by the Investigative Committee for the application for a pilotage rate change for the Ports of Tampa Bay submitted by the Tampa Bay Pilots Association. No board business will be transacted.
