PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that updates the violations for failure to retain copies of course completion certificates for the period required by rule after previously receiving a Notice of Noncompliance.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment adds a second failure to retain copies of course completion certificates for the retention period, after a Notice of Noncompliance has been issued to the violations that may be disposed of by issuance of a Citation.
