	The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 25, 2023, 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., EDT

PLACE:	Statewide webinar. More information about how to participate in the webinar will be available on FWC website prior to the webinar date: http://www.myfwc.com/fishing/saltwater/rulemaking/workshops/. People interested in participating may also contact the Division of Marine Fisheries Management at (850) 487-0554 for more information.

Subject:	The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is holding a virtual public workshop to gather public input on proposed fishing regulations for Skyway Fishing Pier State Park to reduce angler-seabird interactions, reduce severe seabird entanglement, and further seabird conservation. Staff will provide a brief presentation on seabird entanglements occurring at Skyway Fishing Pier State Park and details of draft proposed rules to be presented at the February 2023 Commission meeting. Staff will then gather feedback on the draft proposal. All stakeholders interested in the Skyway Fishing Pier State Park are encouraged to attend.
