Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Six announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, January 25, 2023, 5:30 p.m.

PLACE:	• In-Person Open House Option: Participants may attend in person by going to Key West City Hall, Commission Chambers, 1300 White Street, Key West, FL 33040. • Virtual Option: Interested persons may join from a computer, tablet, or mobile device. For this option, advance registration is required by visiting https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/3876428727646012511. • Phone Option (Listen Only): Participants may join the meeting in listen-only mode by dialing +1 877-568-4108 and entering the passcode 782-025-275 when prompted.

Subject:	FDOT will hold a Public Meeting to provide information about the construction improvements to SR A1A/South Roosevelt Boulevard and Whitehead Street Roadway Projects. The meeting will begin with a presentation by the project team, followed by a question-and-answer session. People attending the meeting may review project displays and aerial photographs and speak one-on-one with project team members. Parking is easily accessible. The Department sent notices to all property owners located within 1000 feet of the project limits, as well as any other interested persons. The Department is offering multiple ways for the community to participate in the meeting. All participants, regardless of the platform they choose, will receive the same information on the proposed project. The meeting is developed in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes. FDOT solicits public participation without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
