	The ECRC Traffic Management Center Selection Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Emerald Coast Regional Council 4081 E. Olive Street, Ste. A, Pensacola, Florida

Subject:	The ECRC Traffic Management Center Selection Committee will meet to hear oral presentations from bidders for Request for Proposals No. 03-2022 - Architectural and Engineering Design Services Escambia-Santa Rosa Regional Traffic Management Center and Emerald Coast Regional Council Office Facility. This meeting is open to the public and will be taking place on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the Emerald Coast Regional Council 4081 E. Olive Street, Ste. A, Pensacola, Florida. Interested attendees may also tune in virtually. Please visit www.ecrc.org/RFP for more information. PUBLIC FORUM Public input is valuable to ECRC, we encourage our communities to submit input through a variety of avenues. All comments submitted at least 24 hours before are guaranteed to be read during the public meeting. Comments submitted after the 24-hour deadline will be recorded and disseminated to the Board.
