68A-12.007

Hunting Dogs; Molesting Game in Closed Season; Training; Field Trials; Prohibited for Certain Hunting

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment removes obsolete effective dates regarding requirements for tracking and correction devices on dogs used to pursue deer, wild hog, fox, or coyote. The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to update the rule and clarify that the provision is fully in effect.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment removes the obsolete effective dates for implementing tracking and correction devices required for dogs used to pursue deer, wild hog, fox, or coyote.
