	The Higher Educational Facilities Financing Authority announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 17, 2023, at 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

PLACE:	The Offices of: The Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida, 542 East Park Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, and by teleconference at (800) 719-7514 Conference Code 596984

Subject:	A public meeting of the Higher Educational Facilities Financing Authority will be held to consider a resolution authorizing the execution of amendments to existing bond and loan documentation to address the phase out of the LIBOR interest rate index, including, in particular, amendments to bond and loan documentation relating to financings by the Authority for Ringling College of Art and Design. Any other matters that may come before the Authority.
