	The DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 23, 2023, 12:00 p.m. EST

PLACE:	Rivertown Community Church, 4534 Lafayette St. Marianna, FL 32446

Subject:	Public Hearing to receive input regarding a petition to issue a Cotton Marketing Order pursuant to chapter 573, Florida Statutes, that would fix producer assessments to fund research studies in the areas of production and harvesting of cotton in the state of Florida. The department will also discuss the producer referendum process.
