	The DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 23, 2023, 12:00 Noon CST

PLACE:	Rivertown Community Church, 4534 Lafayette St. Marianna, FL 32446

Subject:	This Public Hearing was originally noticed in the Florida Administrative Register on February 16, 2023. It read that the hearing began at "12:00 noon EST" it should have read 12:00 noon CST. The General Subject Matter to Be Considered at this meeting as noticed on February 16, 2023, follows: Public Hearing to receive input regarding a petition to issue a Cotton Marketing Order pursuant to chapter 573, Florida Statutes, that would fix producer assessments to fund research studies in the areas of production and harvesting of cotton in the state of Florida. The department will also discuss the producer referendum process.
