64B-2.001

Practitioner Profile

PURPOSE:

To add information regarding payment of Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association assessment payments to practitioner profiles of physicians licensed pursuant to chapters 458 or 459 as required by recently enacted legislation.

SUMMARY:

The rule provides the required elements for a practitioner profile. This update adds the component related to the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association assessment payments.
