Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

PLACE:	The in-person session will be at the FDOT Broward Operations Auditorium, located at 5548 Powerline Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Subject:	Financial Management No.: 446096-1-52-01 Project Description: SR-845/Powerline Road from south of NW 30th Place to south of American Way in Broward County, FL. The project improvements consist of milling and resurfacing along the project limits, upgrading pedestrian signalization at the following locations: NW 30th Place, SR-834/West Sample Road, NW 40th Court, NW 48th Street/Wiles Road/Green Road, and SW 15th Street, installing four new light poles at NW 40th Court, upgrading sidewalks, curb ramps, signing, and pavement markings, and repainting the signalization mast arms at Wiles Road. Construction will begin in April 2023 and is estimated to be completed in Late 2023. The estimated construction cost is $4,461,711. The Construction Open House will be held virtually and in person. The Virtual Public Meeting will be held from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a brief presentation followed by questions and comments from the public. The In-Person Construction Open House will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will have an informal open house format. FDOT staff and consultant staff members will be available to discuss the project and answer questions.
