Subject:	Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. s. 300x-3, the federal government has required that each state establish a mental health planning council. Florida’s Planning Council represents the voices of recipients of services. The primary duty of the Council is to review the state’s block grant plan, and to monitor the allocation and adequacy of funding.
