Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation (Direct-Support Organization for Vocational Rehabilitation)

PURPOSE:

To more explicitly align the definition of administrative costs and reporting timelines with the language in section 413.615, F.S. and per the recommendation of FDOE’s OIG to reduce confusion and administrative burden related to the oversight of the Division of Vocation Rehabilitation’s Designated Support Organization or DSO.

SUMMARY:

The purpose of this rule is to comply with the requirements in Section 413.615, Florida Statutes, through the provision of regulatory guidance to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation’s Direct Support Organization.
