Physician Reporting Requirements for Termination of Pregnancies

PURPOSE:

The Board propose to create a new rule to approve the monthly report required for physicians who perform abortions other than in a medical facility as required by HB 5 and to incorporate the form into the rule.

SUMMARY:

The new rule establishes the requirements for physicians who perform abortions other than in a medical facility as required by HB 5 and to incorporate the  form into the rule.
