Overview

RULE:

69B-241.170

Field Office Settlement Stipulation (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal Rule 69B-241.170, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

This rule prescribed the fines imposed by the Field Office Settlement Stipulation (FOSS) Program. In lieu of going through the administrative hearing process, the FOSS Program would impose a penalty on a bail bond licensee that was found to have committed certain non- criminal violations of the Florida Insurance Code. The FOSS Program is no longer utilized by the Department and the rule is being repealed.
