	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Seven announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 4, 2023 at 5 p.m.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven, invites you to attend and participate in a Virtual Public Meeting (VPM) covering the upcoming access changes to SR 582 / East Fowler Avenue in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida. The Public Meeting will be held on May 4, 2023, at 5 p.m. FDOT is proposing improvements to SR 582/E. Fowler Avenue from west of Bruce B Downs Blvd. to west of Riverhills Drive as part of a resurfacing project. To enhance safety, the project proposes the closure of the westbound left-turn movement at N. 53rd Street to be included with signalization and pedestrian crossing at the existing directional median opening at the SR 582/E. Fowler Avenue and N. 52nd Street intersection. To allow for maximum participation, the public meeting will be held in three formats including virtually over the internet, at an in-person drive-thru location and by phone. The information presented will be identical at all options. The presentation will then for those who may have joined at a later time, followed by a second opportunity for comments and questions. You will have the opportunity to provide comments and speak to the project team.
