Cosmetology Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend existing Rule 61-35.011, F.A.C., in order to update and revise application forms DBPR COSMO 1, COSMO 4-A and COSMO 4-B, to ensure consistency with a recent amendment to Rule 61G5-29.004, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:
