Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection, State Revolving Fund Program announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 17, 2023, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Virtual Meeting, email Shanin.SpeasFrost@FloridaDEP.gov for an invitation.

Subject:	A public virtual meeting will commence at 1:00 p.m. until not later than 4:00 p.m., to conduct a workshop for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund intended use plans as well as the FY 2023 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law General Supplemental Funding intended use plans for both programs. This is to be immediately followed by a public meeting to discuss the issues and recommendations for management of the FY 2023 Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund priority lists of projects to be funded with loans under Chapter 62-503 and Chapter 62-552, Florida Administrative Code, respectively.
