	The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	(1) Federal regulations related to the United States Department of Energy funding requests require states, such as Florida, that are applying for Weatherization Assistance Program funding to prepare a State Plan as part of the application process. Another part of this process is providing the public an opportunity to review and comment on the contents of the State Plan. The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity is holding a public meeting on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, to receive comments regarding the State of Florida’s Weatherization Assistance Program State Plan. APPEALS INFORMATION: If a person decides to appeal any decision of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) with respect to any matter considered at the public meeting, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
