Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Two announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, May 16, 2023, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Inglis Community Center, located at 137 Hwy 40 West in Inglis, Florida 34449.

Subject:	The Inglis Community Working Group, consisting of members of the Inglis community recommended by local leaders, will be meeting to discuss and provide feedback to FDOT regarding improvements to US 19 in Inglis. This project, conducted in accordance with 339.67 of the Florida Statutes, will study ways to achieve free flow traffic conditions along US 19 from the terminus of Suncoast Parkway 2 Phase 3 north to NW 140th Street in Chiefland. This is the second meeting of the Inglis Community Working Group and will be a small group discussion between project staff and the working group members. The meeting is open to the public. There will not be a formal public comment portion, but members of the general public may submit written comments at the meeting. Project staff will be available to answer questions from the public. All meetings will be held without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
