60CC-1.101

Employee Organization Membership Authorization Form

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the rule is prescription of a form required for use by certain public employees pursuant to s. 1, ch. 2023-35, L.O.F., effective July 1, 2023.

SUMMARY:

The rule defines terms, limits application, authorizes assistance, clarifies statutory requirements, adopts the form including instructions, incorporating the adopted form by reference, and provides an effective date of July 1, 2023, as required by the law implemented.
