RULE:

65G-13.001	Definitions
65G-13.008	Room and Board Payments

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to adopt an Agency for Persons with Disabilities’ (“Agency”) policy into rule that includes the method for calculating room and board reimbursements for clients of the Agency that may be paid to an Agency licensed residential facility.

SUBJECT:

These rules address the definitions for new terms included in the rulemaking and establish a room and board reimbursement that may be made to an Agency licensed facility that provides room and board and residential habilitation services to an Agency client.
