General Provisions

PURPOSE:

To align provisions with recent changes to section 1012.56, F.S., from House Bill 1 in the 2023 legislative session, which was signed into law on March 27, 2023. The amendment will provide additional options for applicants to satisfy certain requirements in order to obtain a certificate.
