	The Mid-Florida Area Agency on Aging dba Elder Options announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 12, 2023, 10:00 a.m.

Subject:	To discuss Elder Options’ Area Plan on Aging for 2024-2027 and inform participants of the Older Americans Act services that Elder Options is proposing to provide directly: Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, Diabetes Self-Management Program, Chronic Pain Self-Management Program, Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance, Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program (aka Tai Chi for Arthritis), Matter of Balance, Tomando Control de su Salud, Programa de Manejo Personal de la Diabetes, EnhanceWellness, Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives for Seniors (PEARLS), HomeMeds, Caregiver Training/Support, Powerful Tools for Caregivers, Caregiver Support Groups, Assurance, EnhanceFitness, Technology, Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, Walk with Ease, Savvy Caregiver, and Intake Services. Participants will have the opportunity to make public comments.
