License Fees

PURPOSE:

To establish license fees in regards to the implementation of Chapter 2023-48, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61C-1.008, F.A.C., to clarify existing license fee charts and to establish a fee schedule for temporary commercial kitchens.
