RULE:

61G6-8.002

Special Assessment Fee (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to create the rule in order to establish a special assessment fee in order to eliminate the cash deficit in the operating funds of the Board.

SUMMARY:

Each active and voluntary inactive licensee, will be required to pay a one-time assessment fee of $25.00.
