Exemptions

PURPOSE:

To implement the criteria and provide an application for exemption from supervision by the department of public pools serving certain homeowners' and other property associations as provided in section 514.0115(3), Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

Exemption for public pools service homeowners’ associations and other property associations except supervision necessary to ensure water quality and compliance with section 514.0315, Florida Statutes.
