	The Florida Department of Transportation District One announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

PLACE:	Turner Agri-Civic Center 2250 NE Roan Street Arcadia, FL 34266 in DeSoto County, FL

Subject:	On July 25, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. there will be a public meeting at the Turner Agri-Civic Center to address any questions or concerns regarding SR 70 improvements. The Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT) contractor will reconstruct approximately 3.4 miles of SR 70 within the City of Arcadia. The project will install new drainage facilities, relocate and install new sanitary and watermain utilities, install new signals at SR 70 and Polk, Desoto, and Brevard Avenue intersections and Turner Avenue, reconstruct sidewalk along SR 70 and add street lighting in various locations.
