Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 27, 2023, 5:30 p.m

PLACE:	Hillsborough Community College-Brandon Campus Conference Center (BADM 116/117)

Subject:	A construction open house will be held regarding project plans on the Interstate 75 (I-75) ramp reconfiguration and interchange modification from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (State Road (S.R.) 574) to Interstate 4 (I-4). (FPID no. 429251-1-52-01) This project is building a barrier separating northbound I-75 mainline travel lanes from traffic entering and exiting the interstate from the S.R. 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) and I-4 exits. A two-lane northbound collector-distributor (CD) roadway is being built east of the current northbound travel lanes within the existing right of way. Traffic entering and exiting northbound I-75 at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and I-4 will use the new CD roadway. In addition to the improvements on I-75, the S.R. 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) interchange is being converted to a diverging diamond interchange.
