	The Higher Educational Facilities Financing Authority (HEFFA) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, August 24, 2023, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Casa Monica Resort, 95 Cordova Street, St. Augustine, FL, and by teleconference at 1(800) 719-7514, Conference Code 596984. Some board members will meet socially at 6:45 p.m. the evening prior for dinner at the same location as the meeting; however, no public business will be discussed.

Subject:	A. Annual meeting, organizational structure, financial reports, review of fees, operational review, and other related business. B. Any other matters that may come before the Authority.
