Specific Regulations for Wildlife Management Areas - Southwest Region

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment identifies the type of vehicles that may be operated in the Fred C. Babcock/Cecil M. Webb Wildlife Management Area (WMA) during periods when it is closed to hunting. The effect of the amendment is to clarify the type vehicle the public may operate in this WMA.

SUMMARY:

The amendment to the rule specifies the type of vehicle allowed to be operated at Fred C. Babcock/Cecil M. Webb Wildlife Management Area when it is closed to hunting.
