Sanitation and Safety Requirements

PURPOSE:

To clarify existing rule language.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61C-4.010, F.A.C., to clarify license requirements for outdoor equipment and the exemption of temporary commercial kitchens from providing public bathroom facilities.
