	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has new information concerning the State Road (S.R.) 30 (U.S. 98) Trail Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study in Franklin County. The intent of this study is to support a wide range of nonmotorized modes of transportation for all users as part of the Capital City to the Sea Trail (CC2ST) system in Franklin County, Florida. The project is 20.5 miles in length. This information provides interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed improvements. Maps, drawings, and other information will be available for review beginning 12 p.m., Thursday, September 14, 2023, at nwflroads.com/virtualmeetings. FDOT representatives are available to discuss the proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated May 26, 2022, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
