Boundary

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to amend the boundaries of the District by adding 2 acres to the District (as a correction to reflect present actual acreage), and also to add an additional 455.99 acres to the District's boundaries.

SUBJECT:

Amend the Capron Trail Community Development District boundaries.
